The invention discloses a manufacturing technology of a pellet potash fertilizer. The technology comprises the steps of carrying out disk granulation on a powdery potash fertilizer in a plurality of granulation disks separately to form grains or granules; transporting the grains or granules of potash fertilizer in the various disks into one granulation roller; and carrying out further granulation till the grains or granules of potash fertilizer grow into finished products of which the diameters are 2-4mm to obtain the pellet potash fertilizer with high strength and round granules. The granular potash fertilizer is prepared by using good granulating performance of the disks, and then enters the granulation roller for granulation and growth to form the finished product.
