Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a deep well hoisting device state monitoring system and method based on signal fusion. The system comprises a strain measuring subsystem, a main shaft encoder, a hoisting sheave rotating speed measuring subsystem and a tension measuring subsystem; the strain measuring subsystem is arranged on a main shaft, and measures the torque of the main shaft; the hoisting sheave rotating speed measuring subsystem is attached to a hoisting sheave through a spring supporting structure, and measures the real-time rotating speed of the hoisting sheave; the tension measuring subsystem is arranged on a tension balancing device, and measures the tension of a main hoisting steel wire rope; and the subsystems of the monitoring system transmit acquired signals into an industrial personal computer after calibrating the system timestamps on the acquired signals.
