Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an automatic machining-formation production process for an evaporator tube. The process comprises the sequential procedures of automatic traction, preclamping, winding of first time, clamping, cutting, winding of second time, blanking, retensioning, extrusion formation and material picking. Compared with the prior art, existing evaporator machining-formation modes are changed; the problems that when the evaporator tube is machined manually, the dimension is difficult to adjust, product quality is not high, and machining efficiency is low are solved; and evaporator machining formation efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, a special-shaped evaporator better in use performance is obtained through machining, and application value is achieved.
本发明公开了种蒸发器管自动加工成型生产工艺,依次由自动牵拉工序、预夹紧工序、第次缠绕工序、夹持工序、剪切工序、第二次缠绕工序、落料工序、重新张紧工序、挤压成型工序、取料工序组成。与现有技术相比,本发明改变了现有的蒸发器加工成型方式,解决了人工加工蒸发器管存在的尺寸调整麻烦、产品质量不高、加工效率低下等问题,提高了蒸发器加工成型效率。同时,加工出了使用性能更好地异型蒸发器,具有应用价值。 |
