The method comprises the steps that firstly, layering, partitioning and scanning direction determining are carried out, a part to be formed is layered, each layer is divided into multiple large areas, multiple small areas are generated in each large area, and the laser scanning direction of each small area is determined; secondly, according to the number of large areas, temperature measuring instruments of the corresponding number are selected for measuring the temperature of each large area; thirdly, the first layer is machined, the small areas serve as machining units, from beginning of the small areas, machining of one small area is finished, the next small area is machined until machining of the first layer is finished; fourthly, after the first layer is machined, layer-by-layer machining is carried out until the machining of the whole part is finished.
