The invention discloses an extruding die for bottom covers of ring-pull cans. The extruding die comprises a die cover and a die core. The feeding end of the die core is provided with a plane distribution die, and a welding cavity is formed in the portion, at the rear end of the plane distribution die, of the die core. The discharging end of the die core is provided with a forming opening for the bottom covers of the ring-pull cans. The die cover is provided with a discharging channel matched with the bottom covers of the ring-pull cans. The plane distribution die is provided with four distribution holes, and three suspension bridge units are arranged on the back side of the plane distribution die. Each suspension bridge unit is arranged on a partition between every two adjacent distribution holes. The suspension bridge units extend into the welding cavity.
