Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a numerical control machining tool path partitioning mapping method considering error regional distribution. The method includes: generating a theoretical tool path according to a workpiece theoretical surface, and comparing a workpiece practical surface with the workpiece theoretical surface to obtain an error distribution rule; then performing region division on the practical surface according to the error distribution rule; and finally mapping the theoretical tool path to the workpiece practical surface by selecting corresponding tool path mapping methods according to regions of different error types based on a dividing result to accomplish a tool path mapping process.
