Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a research method of the migration rule of bisphenol A in ABS plastic toys in simulated body fluid, and the method comprises the following steps: preparing the simulated body fluid; preparing a bisphenol A standard stock solution, adding the bisphenol A standard stock solution to mixed simulated saliva and perspiration, and measuring the recovery rate; adding a standard sample to simulated perspiration or simulated saliva, carrying out water bath oscillation for 10min-140h, and measuring the migration amount; with combination of the Fick second law, a diffusion coefficient equation and a distribution coefficient equation, acquiring the diffusion coefficient D and distribution coefficient KP/F of the bisphenol A in ABS plastics in the simulated body fluid; and predicting the maximal migration amount of the bisphenol A in phase balance and the phase balance time.
