Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a magnetic nanometer stirring bar. The preparation method comprises the following steps: successively preparing precursor ferric oleate, oleic acid-coated Fe3O4 nanoparticles and hydrophilic Fe3O4 nanoparticles, dispersing the hydrophilic Fe3O4 nanoparticles in water to form an aqueous solution and adding the aqueous solution into a glass bottle in which water and isopropyl alcohol are mixed; then adding ethyl orthosilicate into the glass bottle, uniformly mixing, adding ammonia water, further putting a magnet on the outer side surface of the glass bottle, performing overnight reaction and cleaning a reaction product to obtain the magnetic nanometer stirring bar. The magnetic nanometer stirring bar prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention can be used for stirring a micro-liter amount of solution incapable of being stirred by an existing conventional stirring bar, so that the cost at the test phase can be reduced.
