Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of aquaculture, in particular to a medicine and a composition for preventing and treating a tail-rot disease of a hippocampus. The composition comprises active substances with a pseudoalteromonas spongiae inhibition function. In-vitro experiments prove that the active substances including tea polyphenol, gallic acid, allicin, lactic acid and polylysine can inhibit the pathogenic bacteria, the antibacterial circle diameter of the active substances is equivalent to that of most commonly used antibiotics, and drug resistance is not shown.
