The transfer case differential mechanism comprises a front shell, a rear shell, a front half shaft output assembly, a rear half shaft output assembly and a planetary gear assembly. The middle of the left side of the front shell is provided with a front sleeve, and the middle of the right side of the rear shell is provided with a rear sleeve. The front half shaft output assembly comprises a front half shaft connecting part and a front half shaft gear, and the rear half shaft output assembly comprises a rear half shaft connecting part and a rear half shaft gear.
