Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a motor, a manufacturing method of a thin-walled base of the motor and an anti-deformation clamping device. The problems of casting internal stress and machining residual stress of a casting are solved by the aid of an added destressing annealing technology; consistency of a support point and a pressure point during finish machining of the thin-walled base is realized by optimizing the clamping mode, clamping force is uniformly and symmetrically distributed, and base deformation caused by non-uniform clamping force is avoided; base deformation caused by too large cutting force is avoided with a method of optimizing cutting parameters during finish machining to reduce radial cutting force; by means of the three optimization measures, the high-precision requirements that the nodular cast iron base has the seam allowance roundness phi being 0.03 and the seam allowance coaxiality phi within 0.05 are finally met.
