The invention provides a three-dimensional gesture sensing method and a touch sensing apparatus using the same. The three-dimensional gesture sensing method comprises the following steps of A: switching at least one first lead wire in a plurality of lead wires of the touch sensing apparatus to a first working lead wire, and switching at least one second lead wire in the lead wires to a second working lead wire, thereby enabling the first working lead wires and the second working lead wires to form sensing regions; B: detecting conductors according to the sensing regions; and C: dynamically adjusting at least one of the sizes, positions and quantity of the sensing regions according to the conductors, thereby finishing three-dimensional gesture sensing.
