Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for efficiently recovering rare earth elements from waste mixed rare earth phosphors. Through the process steps of low-temperature reduction roasting, water leaching impurity removal, rare earth-containing filtrate purification and aluminum removal and purified liquor rare earth deposition and recovery, the waste mixed rare earth phosphors is treated through the mode that a pyrogenic process and a wet process are combined. Efficient removal of impurity elements such as aluminum, silicon and barium in the waste mixed rare earth phosphors and efficient recovery of Y, Eu, Tb and Ce are achieved. The method is a treatment method which is environmentally friendly, simple in process, high in resource comprehensive recovery rate and low in energy consumption. The problem of difficult recovery of green powder and blue powder in rare earth phosphors is solved, and the high economic value is achieved.
