Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a fluorescent chemical sensor for detecting catechol, and a preparation method thereof, which belong to the technical fields of nanometer material preparation and chemical analysis. A carbon dot containing amidogen on the surface is prepared from citric acid and diethylenetriamine through a one-step hydrothermal method, and then is functionalized by utilizing 4-carboxyphenylboronic acid. The prepared functionalized fluorescent carbon dot has the average diameter being 7.5nm, the fluorescence of the functionalized carbon dot is not changed remarkably, and after the catechol is added, the fluorescence is quenched caused by a static quenching effect, so that the functionalized carbon dot can realize specific recognition and the detection on the catechol, is high in sensitivity, and has a wide application prospect.
