Zusammenfassung:In a system capable of device-to-device communication involving direct radio communication, with no intervening base station, between a first terminal device in a state in which cellular communication with a base station is possible and a second terminal device in a state in which cellular communication with a base station is not possible, the base station device generates control information necessary for the first terminal device to search for the second terminal device and sends the generated control information to the first terminal device. 在能够执行终端‑终端通信的通信系统中，基站设备生成第终端设备用于搜索第二终端设备所需的控制信息，并向第终端设备发送生成的控制信息，在该终端‑终端通信中，在没有基站设备介入的情况下，能够在第终端设备和第二终端设备之间直接进行无线通信，第终端设备处于能够与基站设备进行蜂窝通信的状态，第二终端设备不处于能够与基站设备进行蜂窝通信的状态。
