Each linear second dielectric layer of the plurality of linear second dielectric layers is placed on the corresponding linear metal layer of the plurality of linear metal layers. Each linear light-absorbing layer of the plurality of linear light-absorbing layers is placed on the corresponding linear second dielectric layer of the plurality of linear second dielectric layers.
