The invention discloses a resin molded article and a method for manufacturing the same. The resin molded article is configured from a thermosetting resin primary molding or a metal part and has an insert part (10) having a functional group, and a synthetic resin member (20) in which the insert part is sealed with respect to a thermoplastic resin base polymer (20a) by a synthetic resin to which is added a bonding component (20b) for bonding with the functional group of the insert part.
