A control circuit board 1 has first and second elements 5, 6 that are provided on the surfaces of a substrate member 4, respectively. Each of the first and second elements 5, 6 has first and third end sections 9, 11 that are facing each other, and second and fourth end sections 10, 12 that are facing each other. The first end section 9 is provided with a plurality of signal input pins I1-I5, the third end section 11 is provided with a plurality of signal output pins O1-O5, the second end section 10 is provided with a plurality of inter-element communication input pins A1-A5, and the fourth end section 12 is provided with a plurality of inter-element communication output pins B1-B5. A common signal is inputted to the first and second elements 5, 6, and communication is performed between the first element 5 and the second element 6.
