The invention provides an emergency field communication convergence system, comprising communication equipment and a communication control console that is connected with the communication equipment, wherein the communication control console comprises a communication module for performing communication connection with the communication equipment, a conversion module for performing interconversion among different communication information formats, a storage module for storing communication information, an acquisition module for acquiring a communication standard of the communication equipment, and a central control module that is used for controlling the conversion module to convert the acquired communication information into different formats according to the communication information acquired by the communication module, extracting the communication information with a corresponding format according to the communication standard of the communication equipment of a receiver acquired by the acquisition module, a
