Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a curved surface laser cladding rapid track planning method based on a point cloud model. The curved surface laser cladding rapid track planning method is implemented by the following steps that (1), the surface of a part with manufacturing defects of a certain depth, or mistaken machining damage or service damage is scanned and subjected to noise point removing and simplifying treatment by using software to obtain point cloud data omega; (2), parallel planes are set and called cutting pieces, a point cloud is cut through the parallel planes, and it is stipulated that the motion direction of a laser head is the direction of the cutting pieces; (3), intersections of the cutting pieces and the point cloud are calculated; (4), interpolation points are searched; and (5), the posture of a laser beam is calculated.
