The method comprises the steps of acquiring a first type of user behavior data for a client side saved in a specified time period, wherein the first type of user behavior data contains user identification of users who have registered on the client side; determining a user to whom an electronic resource is to be assigned according to a second type of user behavior data corresponding to the saved user identification, wherein the second type of user behavior data are behavior data generated in the client side after the user identification logs in the client side; acquiring a resource label of the user to whom an electronic resource is to be assigned; determining an electronic resource corresponding to the user to whom an electronic resource is to be assigned according to a set corresponding relation between resource labels and electronic resources and the resource label of the the user to whom an electronic resource is to be assigned;
