The red rice crust is composed of the following ingredients in parts by mass: 5-7 parts of selenium-enriched red rice, 2-4 parts of selenium-enriched wolfberry, 1.5-3 parts of selenium-enriched red dates and 1.5-3 parts of selenium-enriched sticky rice. The preparation method comprises the following eight steps: sorting, cleaning, smashing, pelletizing, soaking, cooking, carrying out rolling forming, baking, and packaging, so that the red rice crust finished product is obtained. The selenium-enriched beautifying red rice crust adopts natural selenium-enriched red rice and selenium-enriched sticky rice as raw materials, so that selenium supplement of the human body is benefited; meanwhile, the two natural nutrients such as wolfberry and red dates are added, and the red rice, the wolfberry and the red dates are famous food with health and beauty effects, so that nutritional value of the crust is greatly improved.
