Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a variance analysis-based car window lifting plate forming process optimization method. The method comprises the steps of determining an optimization goal and optimization variables; building a finite element model; and repeating the steps of an orthogonal test and a variance analysis method to obtain a process parameter combination of four springback factors in best fit. By repeating the orthogonal test design and the variance analysis method, a primary and secondary sequence of the springback factors influencing a car window lifting plate can be obtained: B2>D3>C2>A1, and the best fit of the optimization variables including a plate material thickness A, a punching speed B, a frictional coefficient C and a die clearance D, and the optimized forming process parameters including the plate material thickness A (A=0.9mm), the punching speed B (B=5,000mm/s), the frictional coefficient C (C=0.125) and the die clearance D (D=1.15) can be obtained; and the primary and secondary sequence of th |
