The telescopic rubber tube (3) has the following structural form: a telescopic tube (4) is arranged outside the upper part of the telescopic rubber tube (3); the telescopic rubber tube (3) and the telescopic tube (4) form an integral structure, so that an enclosed space is formed between the telescopic rubber tube (3) and the telescopic tube (4); a medium inlet (41) communicated with the enclosed space is formed in the telescopic tube (4); and the enclosed space is filled with a damping medium. Due to the existence of the damping medium, a certain damping force is provided for the telescopic rubber tube, so that part of deformation on the upper part of the telescopic rubber tube is transferred to the telescopic rubber tube.
