According to the robot detecting system, the wall-climbing robot can adapt to the internal structure characteristic of an offshore platform cylindrical pile leg and crawl in a reciprocating manner, the ultrasonic thickness measuring system, the vision detecting system and the laser distance measuring system carried by the robot can detect the wall thickness of the pile leg, the internal appearance defect of the pile leg and obstacles ahead of the crawling direction of the robot, and the robot detecting system can exchange information with a remote monitoring system through the wireless transmission system.
