A semiconductor laser oscillator (11) is provided with a diode unit (11u) that is configured from a plurality of banks and in which a plurality of laser diodes connected in series constitute one bank. The diode unit (11u) has a wavelength lock mechanism for locking to a plurality of wavelengths.
