Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an anti-rotation device (120) of a fuel lance (100), the lance (100) being capable of being arranged in a bore (102) extending through a cylinder head of a cylinder (104) from an intake opening (116) until a hole (108) provided for receiving a fuel injector (110), the lance (100) being suitable for allowing high-pressure fuel to circulate from an intake opening of the lance (106) until the outlet opening (124) of the lance (100) engaging with the intake opening (126) of the fuel injector (110), the fuel lance (100) including a nut (112) intended for being screwed into an intake opening (116) of the bore (102) and a tubular member (118) compressed between said nut (112) and the injector (110), the lance (100) also comprising the anti-rotation device (120) capable of preventing the rotation of the tubular member (118) when the nut (112) is tightened, characterised in that the anti-rotation device (120) is a resilient element which deforms from the start of the rotation of the nut (112)
