Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for inducing osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells and, more particularly, to a short-time osteogenic differentiation method of culturing cells using a porous membrane and a biodegradable synthetic biogel, whereby the cells do not contact a cell culture container. The present invention can significantly shorten the induction period of osteogenic differentiation, compared to the conventional osteogenic differentiation method, and has an effect of the cells being easily separable after differentiation as well. 本发明涉及诱导间充质干细胞成骨分化的方法,更具体地,涉及使用多孔膜和可生物降解的合成生物凝胶培养细胞的短时间成骨分化方法,其中细胞不接触细胞培养容器。与常规的成骨分化方法相比,本发明可以显著缩短成骨分化的诱导期,并且具有细胞在分化后也容易分离的效果。
