Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a polyurethane compound and a resin composition containing the same. The invention provides a polyurethane resin (E) that has excellent flexibility, weather resistance, and light resistance, can maintain transparency, and is suitable for use in optical applications. The polyurethane resin (E) is obtained by reacting a compound (A), a compound (B), and a compound (C), based on the relationship (number of moles of isocyanate groups of (B)) > (total number of moles of hydroxyl groups of (A) and (C)), and then reacting a compound (D).
