Mobile self-organizing network clustering method

The invention provides a mobile self-organizing network clustering method comprising the steps of building initial clusters at a plurality of nodes; setting a clustering distance threshold and a clustering speed threshold, and removing the nodes not accordant with a clustering requirement; using each residual node as a cluster member, judging whether fixed base stations exist in the periphery by the cluster members, if yes, selecting the fixed base station as a cluster head, and if no, selecting the cluster head according to comprehensive attribute values of the cluster members; and updating the comprehensive attribute values of the cluster members and the cluster head.
