Zusammenfassung:A composition for forming an electrode includes a conductive powder, a glass frit, an organic vehicle, and a burn-out retardant, wherein the burn-out retardant exhibits a residual carbon of greater than or equal to 1 wt% at a temperature of 600 DEG C based on the initial amount of 100 wt%, and an exothermic peak at 200 DEG C to 500 DEG C. 本发明涉及种用于形成电极的组合物、使用其制成的电极及太阳能电池,其中用于形成电极的组合物包含导电粉末、玻璃料、有机载剂及阻燃剂,其中基于100wt%的初始量计,所述阻燃剂在600℃的温度下表现出大于或等于1wt%的残留碳,且所述阻燃剂在200℃至500℃下表现出放热峰值。本发明的电极的组合物可通过将电极接触芯片时的损坏最小化并由此提高开路电压来提高电池效率。
