Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a relay protection device outlet matrix testing device and a relay protection device outlet matrix testing method. A first communication interface and a protection tripping outlet contact of a tested relay protection device are connected with the first communication interface and the switching value input contact of the relay protection device outlet matrix testing device. The second Ethernet communication interface of the relay protection device outlet matrix testing device is connected with a second Ethernet communication interface of a relay protection tester. The current analog output interface, the switching value output contact, and the voltage analog output interface of the relay protection tester are connected with the current analog input interface, the switching value input contact, and the power supply analog input interface of the tested relay protection device. The defects of the prior art adopting a manual testing method such as low testing efficiency, large influences of
