The differential planetary reducer comprises a group of input-side planetary gears, a group of output-side planetary gears, a planet carrier, a duplex solar wheel axle, an inner gear shell and an inner gear output end, wherein the input is the duplex solar wheel axle, and the output is the inner gear output end; an input-side gear of the duplex solar wheel axle meshes with the input-side planetary gears; the input-side planetary gears are in rotational connection with an input-side rotating shaft of the planet carrier and mesh with the inner gear shell; an output-side gear of the duplex solar wheel axle meshes with the output-side planetary gears; and the output-side planetary gears are in rotational connection with an output-side rotating shaft of the planet carrier and mesh with the inner gear output end.
