Tubing pump construction well

The invention discloses a tubing pump construction well which comprises an oil pipe, a tubing pump connected to the lower portion of the oil pipe and a hollow sucker rod located in the oil pipe. The tubing pump comprises a pump cylinder connected with the oil pipe and a piston located in the pump cylinder. The sucker rod and the oil pipe form an oil rod annulus. The lower end of the sucker rod is connected with the piston to drive the piston to move. The position, close to the tubing pump, of the sucker rod is provided with a well washing mechanism which is opened when pressure in the sucker rod is larger than preset acting force. The interior of the sucker rod communicates with the oil rod annulus. The well washing mechanism is closed when the pressure in the sucker rod is smaller than the preset acting force to enable the interior of the sucker rod to not communicate with the oil rod annulus.
