Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a rapid and efficient screening method for a microcystins degrading bacterium. The method comprises the steps of carrying out primer pair design, PCR amplification and product detection; designing primer pairs as shown in SEQ ID NO:1 and SEQ ID NO:2; adopting a DNA of to-be-screened microcystins degrading bacterium as a template and carrying out PRC amplification by using the primer pair to obtain an amplified product; and detecting the amplified product and completing screening of the microcystins degrading bacterium according to the detection result. Through synthesizing a gene amplification result, it is observed that MCs can be degraded by a bacterial strain screened through the method, the abandoned bacterial strain has no MCs degrading capability, so that the MCs degrading bacterium can be quickly screened by using the PCR detection method.
