Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a trichoderma fermentation substrate based on aginomoto waste liquid. A preparation method of the trichoderma fermentation substrate is characterized by concentrating glutamic acid mother liquid obtained after producing aginomoto, then adding inorganic nitrogen source, phosphorus sources, potassium resources and organic matters, and enabling the final fermentation substrate to be prepared from 6-7% of nitrogen, 2-3% of phosphorus, 0.5-1.0% of potassium, greater than or equal to 35% of organic matters and less than or equal to 30% of water, wherein the pH value is 6.5-7.0. The glutamic acid mother liquid is prepared from the following dry substrate components: 14% of nitrogen, 1.0% of phosphorus, 1.8% of potassium and 48% of organic matters, wherein the Baume degree is 17 degrees Be, and the pH value is 3.0.
