Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a carbon anode high temperature antioxidant coating for self-setting electrolytic aluminum, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-10 parts of hydroxyl-containing phosphonitryl resin, 20-60 parts of aluminum oxide, 20-30 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 2-10 parts of aluminum powder, 0-20 parts of borax, 0-15 parts of boron carbide, 1-10 parts of calcium oxide, and 0.1-3 parts of an organic adhesion promoter. The carbon anode high temperature antioxidant coating of the invention has the following advantages: (1) according to the practical requirements of electrolytic aluminum industry and in the spirit of not increasing impurities in electrolytic aluminum products, the coating does not contain silicon, iron, potassium, sodium, magnesium, zinc and other elements; and (2) hydroxyl-containing phosphonitryl resin can compound with aluminum oxide and other particles to enhance the binding power among the protective material particles and improve the anti-stripping str |
