Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method of preparing an inner support enhanced polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber membrane which is prepared by using a nonsolvent-induced phase separation method. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, performing alkali decrement treatment on a polyester hollow braided rope; then soaking the polyester hollow braided rope in a high-temperature polyvinylidene fluoride casting solution; taking out the rope, and making the hollow braided rope coated with the casting solution pass through a button with a buttonhole; and finally, performing condensation, washing and airing to obtain the membrane. A dacron alkali decrement accelerant is used to treat the polyester hollow braided rope in match with sodium hydroxide, so that multiphase hydrolysis reaction is performed on polyester fibers effectively in a treatment liquid, and an irregular plucking phenomenon with holes exists on the surfaces of the fibers, so that the adhesive power of the surface of the polyester hollow braided |
