Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to haploid culture techniques and provides an unfertilized ovary in-vitro culture method of Allium tuberosum; unfertilized ovary of Allium tuberosum is used herein as a subject, ovary pretreatment, inoculation, transferring and rooting steps are performed, and haploid plants of Allium tuberosum are finally acquired; the specific steps include (1) pretreating the ovary; (2) inoculating; (3) transferring; (4) rooting. Compared with the prior art, the unfertilized ovary in-vitro culture method of Allium tuberosum has relatively shortened culture time; both optimized culture media and culture method give rise to the great increase in production count of ovule and production rate of ovule; the optimized rooting media impart more effective rooting and higher survival rate to obtained plants; under the cooperation of the methods, breeding time is shortened.
