Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to haploid culture techniques and provides an unfertilized ovary in-vitro culture method of Allium tuberosum; unfertilized ovary of Allium tuberosum is used herein as a subject, ovary pretreatment, inoculation, transferring and rooting steps are performed, and haploid plants of Allium tuberosum are finally acquired; the specific steps include (1) pretreating the ovary; (2) inoculating; (3) transferring; (4) rooting.
