Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a evaluation method for a community low-carbon level. The evaluation method comprises the steps of: constructing an evaluation index system used for measuring the community low-carbon level, wherein the evaluation index system adopts an SMART criterion to formulate a community low-carbon level index selection principle; acquiring a low-carbon community evaluation index pool based on a substantive issue definition method; and calculating index weight of the evaluation index system by combining a Monte Carlo method and an analytic hierarchy process. The evaluation method provided by the invention is scientific and operable, adopts the SMART criterion and the substantive issue definition method to ensure that selected indexes do not deviate from a community low-carbon scope, adopts the Monte Carlo method for optimizing the analytic hierarchy process, makes up for the defect that the analytic hierarchy process is influenced by subjective factors, improves the precision of weight establishm
