Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an application of a CFAP20 gene as a molecular marker in early diagnosis of osteoporosis. The invention researches the differential expression genes in patients with osteoporosis by using high flux sequencing and QPCR experiments. The research findings of the invention show that whether a subject suffers from osteoporosis can be judged through detecting the condition of CFAP20 gene expression in blood, and the detection method can be used for early diagnosis of osteoporosis and has the characteristics of timeliness and accuracy. 本发明公开了CFAP20基因可以作为骨质疏松症早期诊断的分子标志物。本发明利用高通量测序和QPCR实验研究了骨质疏松症患者中的差异表达基因。本发明的研究成果表明可以通过检测血液中CFAP20基因表达情况来判断受试者是否患有骨质疏松症，该检测方法可用于骨质疏松症的早期诊断，具有及时性、准确性的特点。
