Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a waterproof bonding layer material for a bridge deck and a preparation method thereof. The waterproof bonding layer material is prepared from the following raw materials by weight percent: 10-20% of water-based unsaturated polyester, 5-10% of water-based unsaturated polyester curing agent aqueous solution, 30-40% of SBS modified foam asphalt, 0.1-0.2% of nanometer montmorillonite, 0.1-0.2% of nanometer calcium carbonate, 0.2-0.4% of glass fiber, 5-10% of cement, 20-40% of quartz mineral powder, 0.001-0.002% of silane coupling agent and the balance of water. The waterproof bonding layer material for the bridge deck, disclosed by the invention, has the advantages of excellent toughness, high impact resistance, high strength, low brittleness, excellent bonding, tensile and shear resistance, excellent waterproof property, high durability, convenience in construction and moderate cost.
