Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of fiber-reinforced nano composite film. According to the preparation method, different kinds of glass fiber, organic fiber, and alumina whisker are taken as reinforcing agents, polyvinyl chloride resin is taken as a matrix, a heat stabilizer and a plasticizer are added, mechanical blending, high temperature melting, and double screw extruder granulation are adopted, and injection moulding is adopted to obtain the fiber-reinforced nano composite film. The fiber-reinforced nano composite film is prepared taking high wear resistance and high strength inorganic nano particles, fiber gridding cloth, and PVC composite materials as raw materials, is high in strength, wear resistance, durability, tensile strength, percentage elongation, acid and alkali resistance, and flame resistance, and is nontoxic.
