According to the technical scheme, the method comprises the following steps: by adopting a mechanical and chemical method and high-energy ball mill equipment, and taking high-purity osmium (Os) powder, rhenium (Re) powder and boron (B) powder as raw materials, synthesizing osmium-rhenium diboride powder at a room temperature; and carrying out dense sintering on the synthesized osmium-rhenium diboride powder under an argon protection atmosphere by using a high-temperature sintering technology to obtain a high-density and high-hardness bulk material.
