According to the method of the invention, according to a machine room air conditioning load requirement, by means of data which are supplied from an external data platform, an external weather change trend is obtained through analytical calculation; a machine room load rate trend is analyzed through load trend analysis; and finally through evaluating and analyzing whether the external weather condition satisfies a requirement, external air cooling benefit optimization is realized.
