The method specifically comprises the steps of mixing chromium oxide, iron oxide and aluminium oxide by a weight proposition of 0.5:0.1:99.4, after a mixture of the chromium oxide, the iron oxide and the aluminium oxide is compacted, placing the mixture into an arc discharge device, under the protection of inert gases, carrying out synthesis for 3 minutes with an electrical current of 150 amperes, and obtaining the bright red ruby of which the overall permeability is high.
