Zusammenfassung:The invention provides chemical-erosion-resisting, high-strength and high-toughness concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete includes cement, river sand or artificial sand, water reducer, water and a composite functional material; the composite functional material includes roasted products, namely carbon nanotubes, of organic matter and a roasted product of layered double-metal hydroxide; the composite functional material is prepared in the step that divalent and tervalent metal salt used for preparing layered double-metal hydroxide, organic matter and metal salt catalysts used for preparing the carbon nanotubes, and alkali metal hydroxides are mixed evenly, then crystallized at 70-150 DEG C and finally calcined at 500-1000 DEG C in an inert atmosphere. According to the concrete and the preparation method thereof, the dispersion problem of the carbon nanotubes in cement materials is solved, and the problems that the compatibility of the carbon nanotubes with the cement materials is poor and the
