Writing apparatus

The invention relates to a writing apparatus having a housing. The writing apparatus herein includes a front housing part and a rear housing part which can rotate with respect to each other. At a first relative rotation position, a pen tip retreats to the front housing part, and a touch element retreats to the rear housing part. In situation when the touch element is retained at the retreating position, the pen tip may move to a writing position which is removed from the housing through the first rotation movement of the front housing part. In the first rotation movement, if the rear housing part is fixed, the front housing part departs from a center position and rotates along the first rotation direction, and if the pen tip is kept at the retreating position, the touch element may move to a working position which is removed from the housing through a second rotation movement of the front housing part.
