Both the preparing method of the normal phase emulsion and the preparing method of the inverse emulsion comprise the steps of firstly preparing water-based Fe3O4 magnetic liquid and then preparing oil-based Fe3O4 magnetic liquid, wherein when the normal phase emulsion is prepared, the oil-based magnetic liquid is slowly and dropwise added to water in which a surfactant is dissolved, and when the inverse emulsion is prepared, the water-based magnetic liquid is slowly and dropwise added to an oily solvent in which the surfactant is dissolved.
