Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a staged recycling system for high-temperature molten slag afterheat. The system comprises a disc type centrifugal granulating unit, a fixed bed heat transfer-reaction coupling unit (primary) and a rotary bed afterheat recycling unit (secondary), and the high-quality afterheat contained in the blast furnace molten slag can be effectively utilized. The invention also provides a novel high-efficient heat plate coupling reactor. By utilizing CO2/CH4 or CH4/H2O reforming, H2 and CO gas are produced; and heat energy required by chemical reaction in the reactor is supplied by high-temperature molten slag afterheat produced by dry process granulation. According to the successful implementation of the system, effective utilization of high-temperature molten slag afterheat can be realized, and energy conservation and emission reduction to metallurgical industry and improvement on energy source utilization efficiency are very vital.
